Happy with everything else though and loan finally turned out ok, they even pay us a kickback at the end of the year for having our mortgage payment automatically deducted from our chase checking account. Everyone I encounter in the last 18 years I have been banking there is helpful, kind, professional, and polite. I call every month on the phone to transfer funds verbally to another account instead of going in (which saves me time) and I have never had a hitch or push back. Twice I have had fraud attempts and I was notified right away and the money that did go through at first was promptly returned to me. It was easy and painless. In the past I did have overdraft fees but that is expected and was explained to me when I opened the account, this is a business after all. I fully accept that if I don't have the money in the account and they cover me, I owe an overdraft fee. It's common sense. This is by far the best bank, and I am a very happy customer.
