I took the car over and met 2 wonderful people Saleem and Latonya. We handled the business at hand and I asked if they had any suggestions on where I can list my car for more exposure. LaTonya gave me a couple of suggestions. I followed up on one of them and I sold my car! I know I would still have the car today if I did not ask and she was willing to assist me with information on where to place my car. Very nice honest people. I would send, suggest anyone who needs their business to see them.

I was happy to be approved for a loan, but the customer service has been extremely disappointing…read more While you can apply for a loan online, you can't make any changes to your account online and are required to come into the branch. My work schedule doesn't align with the branch's hours, making this process very inconvenient. I was also charged a fee even though I made my payment that same day. I felt like I was given one explanation, but the actual policy was different. What bothered me the most was how I was treated by the staff. I experienced rude, argumentative, and unprofessional customer service. During one phone call, an employee even laughed while speaking with me, which I found disrespectful and unacceptable. I'm looking forward to paying off my loan so I no longer have to deal with this company. Based on my experience with their customer service, I would not recommend them to others.

Long story short, we were able to find several ways to accomplish the task and save a significant amount off the bill.I was very impressed. Then, he suggested while I had the time to review all my policies. Once again we were able to shave an impressive amount off my other policies. It was worth my time to do this as I have had the policies for a good while and the review and updates gave me more current coverage and substantial savings. The office staff was respectful and professional. I felt more like a friend had visited than a customer complaining about money. I left feeling I was honestly in good hands. Thank you Mr. Davis
