Dr. Malaki did a great job of doing cleaning and root canal! He also gives discount to students which is nice! I would highly recommend him!

The lobby area is calming, and the receptionist at the front desk are really friendly and helpful. The dental hygienist and dentist provided outstanding bedside manner. They were able to answer all of my questions and explained everything with much patience. I'm glad I was able to find a new dentist within the community.

I accompanied my mother to her appointment, where she was diagnosed with needing four-quadrant scaling and root planing (deep cleaning) and was billed for treatment of all four quadrants. The entire appointment lasted approximately 30 minutes. As a dental hygienist myself, I was concerned enough to have my mother evaluated again on September 2. At that appointment, I observed significant remaining calculus, including calculus on the right side that had not been adequately addressed. I subsequently had to provide additional periodontal treatment, including re-treatment of the right side and completion of the left side. I am currently requesting that Smile Obsession's higher-level management/clinical leadership review my mother's records and treatment and address our concerns regarding the care that was provided and the charges incurred. Staff was unable to provide any assistance on the matter as it now has to go to the people whom are actually in charge. I am posting this because I believe patients should be able to make informed decisions about their dental care and should feel confident that the treatment they are paying for is being thoroughly provided and documented. I hope the company takes this concern seriously and provides an appropriate resolution.

AWESOME! So happy I found Dr. Mohan!…read moreAfter having broke off my top front tooth at the root in an accident, I looked ridiculous.. Frantic to find a dentist that could get mile smile back was all I prayed for. So I went to work getting educated on all the dentist in the area. How many years had they been successful at dentistry? What equipment did they have on site? What were their direct verbal recommendations/ options for me and why ? When I found out that there was new technology, "3D Image Scanners" that cost $250,000 and only 4 were in use from Naperville, Aurora, Plainfield & Oswego areas and here is one right in "Downtown Dental," I was floored. That meant that so many other dentists were NOT utilizing todays technology because these are too expensive. After talking to so many dentist they reluctantly admitted utilizing this new computer imager to: "build the tooth," selecting the perfect implant and then mapping it to a "guided" install takes almost ALL margin of error out. The result perfectly placed, sized, shaped teeth giving me the best smile in my life. All of my family now see Dr. Mohan and even many of my coworkers. Hands down they have the best balance of technology, service and value.

My family and I have been coming here for years. We miss Dr. Cinto but love Dr. Mohan and the rest…read moreof the staff. They are always very thorough and not pushy when offering services.

I went to this dentist as I was having severe tooth pain. My first visit the dentist took x-rays and examined my teeth and told me that I had four cavities, needed a root canal and had gingivitis. The dentist stated that I needed to schedule an appointment to get the cavities filled, a root canal and take care of the gingivitis. I assumed that when I made this appointment that all of these problems would be taken care of, I knew that they would not be able to do them on one day but that we would of course take care of them in short order as I was in great pain. I showed for my next appointment (one week later) that was a peridontal appointment. This part of course was not in pain. I was still having excruciating pain in my tooth. They only completed half of my mouth and then made me schedule another appointment for the other side of my mouth to scrape my gums. I then asked when my root canal could be completed and my cavities filled and she stated that she did not "do" that kind of work and that I would have go to another Dr. for that kind of work. She then referred me to another Dr. in Naperville for the root canal and the cavities. Why, she could not have told me this earlier, and wasted my time getting gums scraped, not to mention the undue stress and excruciating pain in my mouth from not having the cavities filled and the root canal not completed. I had to try to schedule a root canal with another dentist and called for some pain medication as it had taken almost now a couple of months to get in for a root canal. The Dr. told me to take ibuprofen and this did not help. I lost work and had sleepless nights. I was flabbergasted and felt as though the pain that I was in was not important to a Dentist and a caregiver who takes an oath to help the sick and needy. I guess I wasn't even that needy as I had to pay close to $1500.00 for services I didn't need and services I didn't get. Furthermore another instance at this dentist was when my children went in to get their teeth cleaned the dentist stated that they should get their teeth sealed. I stated that the last dentist we had been to had sealed their teeth and it had not helped both children had terrible cavities, one child had six and the other had four. I told them not to seal their teeth. When we were done I found that the dentist sealed their teeth any ways, without my permission. So beware of this one she will swindle you out of your money and leave you in pain. I guess they will let anyone be a dentist
