I hired this company's services with the expectation of professional cleaning in preparation for the final inspection from the letting agency. This company explicitly assured that if the agency was not satisfied, they would would return to rectify any issues. The inspection found the ground was not even vacuumed, there was dust throughout, a food odour to fridge and a dirty item left within, splashes in surfaces, grease on extractor, water in freezer, and the list goes on and on. The letting agency conducted the inspection and obviously verified the cleaning did not meet professional cleaning standards. When suggested about the follow-up service,the agency declined it as only authorised agency services were allowed in the premises. This left me in a very difficult position as they had no choice but to hire another cleaning service at additional cost (380£), much higher than from this company or competitors. I've requested a full refund but, not surprisingly, no answers were given. read more
