In addition I do have this to say about the scam that bondsman use.
The reality Mrs. Dawn Moody is the facts about picking a respectable bondsmen. Your company, 1St Class Bail bonds prays on the disabled and unfortunate. You and or the company has no empathy for her customers other then the almighty dollar.
A friend of mine came to me for help in bonding her friend from jail. She is a disabled woman on a very tight income. We bonded her friend out with a cosign from me. This bonded person did run but was picked up by the local authorities. The Bondsman had no knowledge of the arrest. This should of ended our contract with this company being he was in incarcerated. According to my sources but not limited to a magistrate other bondsman companies, and probation department that the bondsman scam that so many companies run is being looked into.
1st.class Bail Bonds sent me a bill for $650 to close out the bond from this case witch according to the court clerk, this cost the company nothing and can be done over the phone.
This is a SCAM that is being looked into.
Then in a conversation with Dawn Moody, I said I was going to expose her company, and she threatened my first amendment rights of freedom of speech with a civil lawsuit.
There are things that can be done by a consumer
1. Voice a complaint to www.complantsboard.com
2. Make a searchable website that has a blog that comments cannot be deleted.
Www.webs.com is a great site that will show under a company's website in the search engines.
3. Www.BBB.com will also be willing to help.
This is my story and my first amendment right to voice my opinion and my reviews on a company that blatantly takes advantage of a disabled woman that was just trying to help a friend in a tough time. I was told I should have pick a more reputable company...I guess I leaned my lesson.
I would not recommend this company 1st Class bonds to anyone and is my sole opinion in this matter. read more
