My kids wake up early so we headed down to breakfast at 6:30, sign said breakfast starts at 6 (on weekdays so I missed that and it was my mistake) the lights were on and door open so we started loading up our plates. My kids are young mind you. As we sat down to eat the morning desk staff came in, was rude, and kicked us out saying breakfast doesn't start until 7. At that point it was 6:45. We had other people in our room sleeping and didn't want to wake so we ended up eating our breakfast on the stairs. There is so much to be said about an officiant who makes a ceremony very personal and finds those unique qualities to share about each couple to really make their vows and ceremony memorable. I have gotten to know Amber well over the past few years, having worked with her and having attended many wedding professional events together. I have seen first hand the dedication she puts into her business and I have seen the passion she has for her craft...not only the love she puts into writing personalized ceremony scripts, but the personal connection she creates with each couple. She quickly built her business up and made an amazing name for herself in southern California. She became incredibly busy because she really is genuine and such a pleasure to work with. I was so sad to see her relocate, but I am happy to still keep in touch and be able to chat about both our personal and professional lives. She is already making a name for herself in North Dakota and Minnesota. Please reach out to her if you are in need of an officiant. Request a copy of your contract- we never signed a contract and all hell broke loose when they charged us for a service we did not request. They blatantly lied to our bank stating there was a contract written up. Funny how it was never signed by us (scam artists) The owner (I'm assuming) of the company claimed that my husband authorized a service despite us being no where near to authorize. 2. Be aware that these guys are sneaky. They will literally LIE about services and request money from it. My biggest complaint is that we spent a lot of money to sit in their limo for probably 20 minutes. While part of the above was our fault for not requesting a written contract it was also unprofessional of this business to use our wedding day for their personal monetary gain. We should have never had to pay for services that were not used and will NEVER request service from this business again. They really took advantage of one of the best days of our lives and for that I am really upset. Please be aware before you book with this company that there is another company and I would recommend them. Scam artists are never appreciated.
