I couldn't ask for a better store and a more helpful staff. Not only do they know their shit but they honestly care about finding you the right product. This along with their product selection make them one of best vape shops in the city read more

I bought a Vuse device from this store, took it home and followed the directions. The device charged an initial time, worked for about 15 minutes, then stopped working and wouldn't charge anymore. I wasn't too shocked at this, as this had happened to me previously when I bought a Vuse device from the Beaches 180Smoke. That time, I returned the device, explained what happened and was immediately offered a replacement free of charge. The Yonge St location gets a 1-star review for refusing to do the same because I had discarded the packaging (why would I keep this??). This wasn't an issue for Beaches location, not sure why it was here but FYI, Yonge St store: 180Smoke sends mailer list emails to us members stating that they do provide refunds in these scenarios - no mention of any package requirements. I recommend going to any other 180Smoke location. read more

absolutely the worst customer service i've ever received. used to spend about 100-200 dollars a month with them, but after all the hastle they have given me over an order that was supposed to be cancelled and -then- charging me a restocking fee when they were the ones who didn't cancel it in time. I hope they enjoy those 5 dollars because its the last money they will ever get from me. read more

Fairly new to vaping, the sales person Sabrina was absolutely amazing very knowledgeable about all of the products the shop sells, friendly and understanding all around. I'm definitely coming back to this location in the future. Shout out to Sabrina you are amazing thank you love and respect!! read more

I received a defective product and asked to return and refund. No big deal, I'll just send it back. Except the company has been refusing to process a return. I've gone back and forth for several emails with customer service. Keep filling out forms, emailing, more forms, and saying I just want to return. Now they're insisting to send another. I don't want another product, this company is terrible. It's been such a frustrating process and they keep skirting the issue. Im planning to dispute it through my credit card company. I would not order from here. read more

Stay away from store at 3091 Dufferin St. Toronto. They sell defective product and refuse to exchange. Very rude staff, boorish attitude, cheating customers. I have never seen worse service. read more

During COVID they advise during checkout that there could be a delay with your Canada post shipment. My order shipped immediately but has been with Canada post for three weeks. They should be advising that the shipment will take weeks to arrive rather than days. It's inconceivable that they do not know this; they must be getting 50 complaints a day about the speed of their shipping service. read more

Got ripped off here when I was first starting vaping a few months back MVP 2 goes for $40 online anywhere else and I paid something like $200 for it here I definitely should have done more online research in hindsight, but I walked in here hoping their staff would be the ones to show me the ropes, instead of coax me out of $150+ more than I should have paid read more

Way over priced. Poor selections. Very un knowledgeable staff. Not recommended. Low quality e juice. Expect to pay 60.00 for a unit that normally cost 25.00 Beware !! read more

the guy behind the counter was more concerned about getting his vape on than helping out the customers coming in...walked in...no CS, no acknowledgement ...I stuck around for a few minutes, made eye contact hoping he would come over to help...he vaped on...i got fed up and walked out...not going to this location again. Hope they pipe up on customer service and keep their vaping to break times (i sound like an ass) i guess vaping at a vape store in a norm for promo, staff vaping at the front desk blowing clouds of smoke may seem cool but as a customer i rather you vape after i get served and leave...not while i'm coming into the store for service and your more concerned on how many clouds you can puff Management needs to take some responsibility and train staff a this location on how to better serve their customers, i've been to the other locations, far better service read more

Three friends and I went together to grab four e-cigs after finding out about 180 Smoke. Our hope was to but back on smoking (we'd tried gum, but were still buying cigarettes in between.) For the last two weeks, we've quit smoking and have switched entirely over to e-cigarettes. We've been enjoying them because we can puff in the house while watching TV and it doesn't stink up the room. We've already picked up a variety of flavours to test out, and are happy with the great service we get there. Four of us stopped smoking and are already feeling better, we've skipped having to smoke outside during the last two weeks of winter, and have already saved money from buying cigarettes and cigars. Strongly recommended! read more

I just love this place and the owners are so generous with information. I have been trying to quit smoking for years and finally decided to try electronic cigarettes. I went into their office and asked for suggestions because I really did not know where to start. They gave me tons of information on the benefits of quitting nicotine and how to gt it out of your system. I ended up getting the starter kit and I have been smoke-free for three weeks now. Definitely going to purchase their e-hookah because they look awesome and great to have at a party! read more

The service was quick, knowledgeable, and friendly, and is the only reason I'm giving them 3 stars. I've had terrible luck with their juices, though. When I've vaped the "tester" flavors in store (which don't contain nicotine) they tasted fine - not great, but tolerable. They didn't have a huge assortment of flavors, but there was enough. When vaping the juice in my own ecigarette, however, the purchased ejuice tastes VILE. There's a horrible greasy petroleum/mineral oil undertone that leaves an aftertaste, and I've literally gagged after vaping. I really don't understand it - I've purchased juice from many other stores and never had this issue; I have this issue even after cleaning my tank and using a new coil; I'm using a reasonably decent-quality vaporizer (a KangerTech E-vod with a mini Protank); and finally, I've purchased juice from them on two separate occasions and both times it tasted okay (not great, but okay) in store and horrible in my vaporizer! The only thing I can think of at the moment is that the nicotine is creating the horrible flavor, as the tester flavors don't have nicotine, and the purchased flavors generally do. In future I'll continue to buy coils from them if I'm in the neighborhood, but I will never ever ever buy juice from them again. Seriously, I'm bought three bottles of juice from them last week and I'm going to have to throw them away. read more

Before coming in to the store, I did a bunch of research and decided what I wanted. Went to the store, waited a bit, got my mod. Service was not as bad as commented below. I guess the staff would be nice and patient if I were to need some intro to vape. But again, I didn't need them to help me that much. read more

On a recommendation of a co-worker, I checked this place out. I have a good friend and teammate that I have been trying to help quit for 2 years now. The staff at the store was extremely helpful and knew there stuff, even though I didn't really do a lot of research before I came in. I ended up sending my friend in to check our their e-cigarettes and she bought the 180 brand. So far so good and I don't have to be around her second hand smoke! Exciting to see such a helpful staff that doesn't pressure you to buy. read more

Decent vape shop with only like two brands of juices, but some of them are pretty good. They are the kind of place that feels the need to brand everything like they're the ones who invented vaping, which is always funny. If you come during the day there are some women on staff who are actually nice and helpful. But every time I show up at off-peak hours it's like the employees have recently upped their dose of slacker dudebro pills. I'm going to give it another shot but if the frat boys behind the counter look at me again like I'm interrupting their cool hangout time by actually entering the store wanting to buy something I probably won't return. Also if they even try to call me "he" one more time I'm going to ask to speak to a manager and make a big stink about it. read more

I recently visited the yonge and bloor location and i am very pleased with my choice I tried to go to a few other locations but i was not very impressed with the storefronts (most were in strange looking second floor areas) and i was not convinced that e cigarettes were a good solution The people at 180 smoke showed me everything about the product and how to use it and maintain it. Plus the storefront was very accessible and easy to find I would certainly return to this location in the future read more

After visiting every e-cigarette store in the city, 180 smoke is hands down the best. Not only is there new store front approachable, friendly, convenient and beautiful, but their customer service is incomparable to any other store. Their staff are extremely knowledge, friendly and actually take their time to find the best product for you. Their flavours (while they may not be as numerous as some of the other stores) are the best tasting compared to any other liquid I have purchased. Plus, compared to other stores, they let you know exactly what's in their liquid and will answer any questions you may have about it's contents with confidence. I recommend any one who is trying to quit smoking or just anyone who is looking for a great place to buy your liquids to check out 180 smoke. You won't be disappointed. read more

AMazing product! I was refered by one of my friends to try out this product. The services they provided at the store was GREAT! They let me try all the flavours and carefully explained their product in detail. I would definitely recommend this product to those of you who are trying to quit smoking ! read more

Ordered during COVID. Very late to get package and slow response times from agent. My package was missing an item. The eventually issued a refund. I baught a mod online at 180smoke.com and yes i did buy 2 batteries and some juice came with. 2 of the bottles had leaked (okay, maybe that can be blamed on post canada, who knows) but they forgot to include the 2 batteries. I've ordered about 5 times from the 180Smoke website. Of those 5 times they got my order right twice! Customer service stinks too! Of those 5 times, my Visa Debit Card was hacked twice! The two gentlemen behind the counter at 180 smoke are a joke and didn't even acknowledge the presence of other customers besides the ones standing directly in front of their face. Waited 10 mins without any "I'll be with you in a minute" courtesy . If you own and run a business it's on you to be professional even though most of the staff (and clientele for that matter) are probably unfamiliar with that word. So at the end of waiting for 10 minutes I thanked the two employees for their "help" and walked out. I'm happy to report that a couple of other customers followed me. Enjoy bankruptcy. read more

Why is the price range for this place only one $? It should be $$$$. Their products are ridiculously overpriced. $100 for 2 cloudmakers when you can get 2 of them for $30 elsewhere? $8 for 10ml of e-juice when you can get 50ml for $9? $20 for flavoring when can get the same amount for TWO FUCKING DOLLARS?!?!?! Like another reviewer said, I should have done some research before purchasing from them. To add to that, their online consultants have no idea what they're talking about as well. Not only are their pictures so obviously fake, but I was given wrong information - even though I tripled checked THREE TIMES to make sure - and ended up NOT ordering an item I needed, meaning I will need to pay shipping again to obtain it due to their mistake. They didn't have the coil or e-juice I ordered in stock any longer either, so just proceeded to ship me a different one without informing me first. DON'T GO TO 180 SMOKE. GOOGLE IS YOUR BEST FRIEND, SO LOOK UP SOME PLACES THAT SELL E-JUICE/E-CIGARETTES AND YOU'LL FIND A TON OF COMPANIES IN THE STATES THAT HAVE AMAZING PRODUCTS AT A FRACTION OF THE COST. edit - it's really funny how the owner responds to this yelp review within a couple days of me posting it, but I've still yet to hear back from the "appropriate department" regarding my complaint of their mistake. i won't be holding my breath. read more

I purchased the red star tobacco flavor and used it in my aspire Nautilus. Not only was the flavor awful but it ruined my clearomiser because I could not use any other e juice without tasting the red star. This was the case even after washing it 5 times. I am a real customer and am even more disappointed by the response from 180 smoke accusing me that I am not. read more

Deceptive Sales Practices - These people will lie to you to sell you their products I called their store to make sure they had a specific box mod in stock, the guy said that they had one left and set it aside for me. When I got to the store, the package was open. They said that the packages were normally open, but that it was new. When I inspected it, the mod showed signs of use. Worse, the battery that was supposed to be included was missing. They said that this varies per store, and that the website even indicates "batteries not included". We checked the website and the other guy said "it does say the battery was included". They then proceeded to explain how the online store was completely different, and that I should buy this one because it was their last one and they weren't sure when they were going to get another one in stock. When I asked about other mods that came with a battery, every single one they took out was sealed. They should have just said that they had an open-box mod that didn't include the battery. That was the last time I'm going to buy from their store. Buy from them at your own risk. read more

Highly recommend to avoid this shop, juices don't come close to other places I have tried in the Toronto area, the prices are bad. After 6 months in and countless hours of research and finding other vendors I found that 180 smoke disgustingly price gouges and marks a 20 dollar kit for up to 100 dollars. Not only that but they do falsely say that nicotine is illegal which they have told me myself. As well trying to suggest me into thinking certain batteries on work with certain tanks. read more

STAY AWAY!!! This is definitely the worst place to buy from EVER! I've done business with them at least 6 times and it's always been because their products break down on me. Anything that is their 180 brand is horrid. Their customer service is also deplorable. You can be the first one in and the last one served. I was told that as long as the battery has a 180 logo on it they can replace it with no hassle..well that has yet to happen. I went in recently and was about to drop over 100 dollars on new vaping system and yet when I asked if they could replace my 180 battery (which was already a replacement and not to mention a downgrade from what I originally had) they refused so I refuse to EVER do business there again. I urge you to STAY AWAY from this place. I'm forced to give one star but the truth is they deserve none. read more
