I hired Freedom Junk Hauling and Demolition to clean out my property after tenants moved out…read more There were pieces of metal, concrete, broken paver stones, and yard waste all over the front and backyards. Julius replied to my yelp message right away and we set up an appointment. Julius and an employee came to the property on the day of the appointment even though it was raining. Julius had tools like a saw and a tool for removing paver stones which enabled them to remove all the junk easily. They had to trudge through the mud to get this all done, and there were even some surprise hornet's nests to deal with. I can't recommend this company highly enough if you need junk hauling. Julius will be my first call next time as well. Many thanks to this business for their outstanding service and reasonable price as well!

Jose and his dad met me at a storage facility in Houston. My brother recently passed away, and I…read morehad no idea what was going to be in his storage locker. Being that I live in California, I had a limited amount of time to decide what I was going to keep or toss. Jose was super responsive and was able to come within a few hours. They removed all of the items that I had told them. I didn't want any longer. I had a lot of guilt throwing away so many things because my brother had very nice clothing but it wasn't worth it to me to have it shipped back to California. Jose assured me that his mom would go through the items and send them for donation. I felt like the price was fairly reasonable, especially considering how communicative he was and I was just happy they showed up and got the job done immediately.

ZERO STAR REVIEW. THEY WILL CHARGE HIDDEN FEES. Absolute rip-off…read more I booked them for a cleaning at a new house and he offered me several afternoon times between 2 and 4pm. I chose 230pm. He arrived at 218pm and called me. I was running late and let him know that I would be late but he told me there would be a $50 late charge fee even though I clearly could have chosen a later time. He offered me a refund of the $50 if I "rebooked" with him but if that is the level of customer service before you have completed the carpet cleaning then I am not interested in finding out what your level of service is after the cleaning.

Also, they tackled the attic which seemed like a nightmare to me. Now the attic is clean all the way down to the floor decking. It was almost 2 trailer loads. Besides trash, they hauled away a fridge, a cabinet, an oversized wall of built-in drawers, old plyboard pieces, a large, insulated doghouse; the list is varied and quite long. There is NO job too big for James and his guys. I will definitely use them again when the need arises. Also, I would like to say they are very respectful and humble men, handling a job that can challenge the best in people.
