It sits along side the insanely busy Dixon Boulevard. I parked here for about fifteen minutes and did some observing. There's an amazing number of cars coming and going and the foot traffic was a lot. I must believe that the customer base is used to all this highway excitement as they didn't seem to be in a hurry.

Note that there is the plaza, set back from the roadway as well as a short strip mall along the road. They are not connected. The intersection with the shopping center has a traffic light and there is a turn lane from eastbound US-74. This is the only entrance or exit from the shopping center. The store also offers with this card a 15% discount every Monday for shoppers age 50 and older and 15% every Friday to those 49 yrs old or younger. All of the meat that I saw was frozen and prepackaged. More appropriately, the discount grocery label on their signage is more appropriate! Even that's a bit of deception.
