The installers (Marco and Arthur I think) arrived on time, finished on time, did a decent job of cleaning up, were pleasant and hard working and they did a good job. We had picked a light colored LVP floor and were not happy to see what we thought were scuff marks on it the next day. We talked to the owner, Victor, and he promised that was unusual and he would make it right-either by cleaning, contacting the manufacturer, or even replacing it under his insurance policy if that was needed to make us happy. When he came to check it out, he said the marks were not scuff marks from shoes, but from residue of the adhesives used. He sent the team back the next morning at 8 am to clean the spots w/mineral spirits and that worked well. Scuffs are gone, and we are happy. So pleased to find someone that cares about customer service. Thank you!

I live in a manufactured home so many things are not standard as they are in stick built homes. This was Ed's first time doing work in a manufactured home and he did run into some glitches but he took his time trouble shooting and figured it out. He removed the oddly placed ceiling fan in the kitchen and patched the hole and you would never have known anything was ever there. Ed was very responsive, personable, honest, neat and communicated well. He quoted me a price for each job rather than charging by the hour and his pricing was very fair. I'm going to hire him again for future projects. I highly recommend him.

After talking to Ed and understanding his abilities, he was more than qualified to do what we needed. I had light fixtures that were damaged from leaks that needed to be redone with new lights, soffit that needed to be replaced, a toilet that need to be reseated, damage to our Lanai screen and frame, plus other chores that popped up during the repairs. He was very capable in these areas and understood that this job was not one that could be done under an umbrella quote due to issues that would arise as he tackled the items. Due to the complexity of the entire project, bidding on each individually was not an option. With collaboration we decided on a pay system that benefited us both, assuring any under bid was covered doing the project as one entity. I found process extremely reasonable with the of adding any overage to be decided when it occurred. The best part is now I have found a reliable person capable of performing any maintenance I need now and in the future. I highly recommend Ed for your projects.

Hurricane Irma struck our Bella Terra Condominium in Estero Florida on Sunday September 10, 2017…read more My wife Susan and I have our primary residence on Long Island in New York. We were informed our roof suffered damage. The roof vents were torn off and the high winds and rain sent water throughout several areas of our ceilings and walls. We had only just finished renovating and decorating our place two months prior to the storm. Without knowing what to do and the shock wearing off by Tuesday morning I went online retrieving the Bella Terra Newsletter where I found Toploff Painting advertised. I called the number listed and spoke to the owner Jack Toploff. I can't tell you how Jack went out of his way to meet our friend on Tuesday who had the key to our condo and took time to inspect the damage. We were expecting the place to be destroyed. Jack informed us the damage was manageable. We set a date to arrive within a week. Even before we arrived Jack along with his son Mike and expert craftsman Rob began the repairs. We had never met Jack nor ever spoke previously and he along with his crew went to work with just our word and bond we had for him to help us and our guarantee to cover his costs. Once we arrived we saw the beginnings of what we felt would be 100% restored to the condo's original condition. The expertise of Mike and Rob was amazing, specifically matching the texture that had to be removed to repair the sheetrock. They treated the sheetrock with mildewside spray and seal it with stain blocker. Mike and Rob were able to pick up the exact paint we previously used to match perfectly. The time and patience of Mike and Rob and detail for perfection with their work along with Jack's desire to help his fellowman is why I have written this review, and my first ever, for others to know you can trust 100% Toploff Painting. No one could have been better to Susan and I than Jack himself along with Mike and Rob. We are indebted to you all. I hope this positive review will be of benefit for those of you considering Toploff because you will receive in return the best craftsmanship and complete satisfaction of their work.
