That being said, I KEEP A JAR FROM EVERY BATCH WE'VE MADE SINCE 2018 AND HAVE YET TO SEE MOLD. Is it possible it was contaminated from water, maybe from wet hands? It is all natural so can be susceptible to mold possibly if it gets contaminated. In any case, I'm sorry you are having issues. After comparing prices, we found that Burlington Furniture was quoting us $2,000 more than a California company, even with shipping and assembly included. Still, we wanted to support a local business, so we returned to Burlington Furniture, and they agreed to match the competitor's price. We were given an estimated delivery date of 4/30. When we followed up, we were surprised to hear that our furniture wouldn't arrive for nearly two more months. We understand that delays happen, but we were frustrated by the lack of communication. I called the manager to get clarity and was told that the employee who gave us that update was no longer with the company. She promised to follow up--which she did--but she didn't provide a new delivery timeline. Instead, she told us the order wasn't actually delayed and that deliveries typically arrive two weeks after the estimated date. It's unclear why the original estimate wouldn't account for that window, and what's worse, I never heard back from the manager again. Ultimately, the delivery company brought our furniture just five days after the estimated date, which we appreciated--but the poor communication and lack of accountability from Burlington Furniture left a bad impression. We're happy with the product, but extremely disappointed in the service. Sadly, this experience has cost Burlington Furniture a customer.

I went there for their Memorial Day sale and this is quite an expensive store but they had a 10% off sale for the whole store. I eagerly went inside and realized that all of their items have been marked up. When I asked a women who worked there if the sale was the cheaper price under the more expensive sticker price she stated that it was 10% off the remarked price. She said they came from their other warehouse, I asked if all the pottery was made in the back studio and she said they had "another studio". There was still no explanation for why everything had the prices marked up JUST for the sale. I am disappointed that they would take advantage of people especially during a holiday that is about respecting and memorializing Americas hero's.

While doing research for my project I was in contact with a number of other similar companies, all of them told me that the fabric makeup of my seat cushions was extremely difficult to work with, especially considering the time the stains had been sitting (close to a year)- they said results would be limited. Jason was able to completely clean almost all of the cushions (close to 200). He is very prompt with his work and has very competitive pricing. I needed major help, and Jason was amazing to work with. He was quick and responsive, and got me scheduled right away. He was experienced enough to know what had to be done, honest enough to let me know what I could get away with, and smart enough to plan it all out perfectly. The cat urine one was the real concern, because the two rooms were actually unlivable; I feared that they were a complete loss. Jason managed to perfectly repair and seal everything away, and after that work it was 100% better. Those rooms were done so well that I moved my master bedroom into that space, and it's been wonderful. For floor with fire damage, he came up with a plan that suited my needs exactly: safe, solid, and I didn't care if it was a little ugly. All of Jason's work was well planned, his prices were absolutely reasonable, and the end result couldn't have been better. (Especially the 2 main rooms - I mean WOW, that's been a life changer. Cat urine is basically impossible to just clean away or cover up.) If you have serious work that needs to be done right, call up ATC. You'll get a solution that makes sense, work done well, at a price you can afford. I could not ask for better, and I recommend his work to anyone.
