I turned up without an appointment and was seen within 5 mins and throughout the claim was kept fully informed. I got all the money that i was due, even the cheque that was forwarded to me was the one that came from the insurance company to them to show nothing had been deducted. As for their fees being reasonable. well i wasn't charged, can't get more reasonable than that! Car parking was not a problem as there is ample street parking around their office which is free.

I have been doing my own self assessment for property tax for eight years now but with the new changes to tax relief 2017-2018 I was anxious and the new government self assessment online assessment baffled me, couldn't do it. A friend recommended, Lisa Maddock, Master of Coin Accountants (M team) and I met Lisa this week and can honestly say it was the best hour and best money I have ever spent relating to my properties. Their office was located conveniently on the suburbs of Leyland with ample parking, look out for The Zone Building, Golden Hill Lane, PR25 2YJ! I took everything; bank statements, rents, repairs, expenses, and Insurance. Lisa explained everything I wanted to understand and know; what I could and could not claim for and even saved a couple of hundred pounds compared to my initial calculation. Aside from this I discovered by accident that this is a small family run business and can confirm they are passionate about wanting to help people manage their finances better. I will be meeting Lisa, Stuart, Hannah in April 2019 to get my tax's bang up to date and out of the way again. No more lingering, niggling, anxiety provoking, stressful tax self-assessments for me.
