These folks are wonderfull !!!!!!…read more I am the kind of person who is glad to give a friend a ride to a doctor's appointment or the airport, but I have a hard time asking for that kind of favor myself. So when I needed to find a ride to and from a procedure at the hospital I searched online for Medical Transport and I found these folks. I am glad I did. They are friendly, prompt, professional, and reliable. The whole experience was a pleasure. I'm going to call them next time I need a ride to the airport; they do all kinds of transportation. They are more cost effective than another company I called, which was only doing wheelchair transport now, which I didn't need. If you know any good, reliable, drivers, send them to Transport-U. They are always looking to expand their services.

I was a bit hesitant to hire a stranger while under anesthesia, but Ronda made me very comfortable and made sure that I was stable before she left my home. I will hire this company for outpatient needs vs bothering family/friends.

I am severely disabled so I booked way in advance. Upon arriving at the airport I called to check and they first said they couldn't find my reservation then I said I already paid and also it was that same person that I booked with. Eventually they found the reservation. They picked me up. The ride was fine and the driver was fine. However I booked them to pick me up to bring me back to the airport days in advance and they called me 30 minutes before they were supposed to pick me up to tell me they were going to be an hour late. This is a problem because I had a flight I needed to catch and being disabled it takes while to get through security. I eventually found another company that could give me a ride and that saved the day. Also the second company was less expensive and they had a much newer nicer vehicle. Much cleaner.
