They are friendly, prompt, professional, and reliable. The whole experience was a pleasure. I'm going to call them next time I need a ride to the airport; they do all kinds of transportation. Pickup time was 2:15pm (45min later) after being told somebody will pick me up in 20 min i call MTM they were also tood 20 min too 30 min later I call & its a accident on the highway MY SON IS AN ISP OFFICER! NO ACCIDENT NO WHERE!!! A hour later this lil fat dude smelling like weed with his game controller on the floor board of the van picks me up & had to use the bathroom when he did get there. When I called to check ETA then I am told the ride showed up, but no one was home, or they weren't on the schedule, or ride refused. That is never the case. All drivers we have come in contact with are very polite and respectful. I'm not sure what the issue is with this business, but someone else needs to be running it. I would NOT recommend them to anyone for a ride.
