Did clients get visitation on Saturdays in Feb or March 2020. Also at any time are clients allowed to leave with their visitors? The NA and AA meetings are also located at this facility. Is the entrance for outside meeting building # 2?

Visitation was suspended due to COVID19 at that time and is still ongoing.

Sadly the owner and phone operator, Amy, has reflected a TERRIBLE impression of this practice. From…read moremy initial visit, they treated me like I didn't understand or know what I had been feeling pain wise. TO NOTE: I did my research before deciding to go here. All reviews and literature read great. I have worked in the medical field for more than a decade. I make sure I know what I'm getting into. Especially with my history of having physicians that left me hanging or just left practice all together. Was sent away fm 1st visit w advice of using a heating pad... For a complaint of swollen shoulder muscles w pain down my arm and numb digits on my right hand for 2 weeks. Also wanted me to wait 5 MORE days before calling back if a heating pad did not work. Not possible. 2 days later it's all ten times worse. Called office and got Amy. She cut me off every time I'm trying to explain to her the situation. Because agitated and very expressive of her frustration. Finally Raven ordered imaging only to find it is a very serious life altering cervical spine injury. Gave a 2nd chance to follow up. Went well felt better about her, more secure in her care. She sends her previous visit Dr note home w me.... Upon reading, she mentioned NOTHING regarding what I TOLD her... Only headaches and that I asked for opioids. Absolutely FALSE. No mention of any strains or pain w muscle or hand losing feeling FOR TWO WEEKS. Called office to discuss the shock and concern of this and the false nature of what actually happened. Got the OWNER/SUPERVISOR AMY again. And.... ****It's notable that this place has listed one review that IS NOT recommended, because it was the owner/manager that posted it.**** It was upsetting to read, as I hv ALL pain meds listed in my chart as an allergy. Call the office only to get THE OWNER AND SUPERVISOR again, Amy. This time she was not willing to hear me or my concerns at all. First words fm her were hostile and uncaring. After asking if she would allow me to finish expressing the extent and reason of my concern, SHE HUNG UP ON ME. Called back to try and make sure a message got to Raven at all. So we could discuss this rationally. Once again she, AMY, was rude, unwilling to calm down to TALK, showed or expressed ZERO compassion or apologies for all the confusion and chaos that has happened fm the moment I came here. BEST ADVICE... IF YOU ARE UNWILLING TO ALLOW THIS PRACTICE TO DICTATE TO U WHAT IS WRONG WITHOUT HEARING YOUR COMPLAINTS, OBTAINING RECORDS TO BE PREPARED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT YOU AND YOUR HEALTHCARE, THAN MOVE ALONG. The reviews that convinced me so eagerly to go here are either posted by inner company employees or owners, or patients that did not have ANY issues that require compassion, listening to the patient, examining complaints when able to physically. This owner, Amy is far out of her league the way she speaks to people. There is no place for people like that in the medical field. However she IS the owner, and DID screen my number to not answer my calls, so patient care is most likely NOT HER PRIORITY... AS THIS IS HOW SHE HAS REPRESENTED HERSELF AND REFLECTED THIS ON THE NURSES AND PHYSICIANS ALL THE SAME. W a diagnosis that needs serious and immediate intervention via physical therapy and possibly surgery... I am now again left w 0 confidence in my provider and delayed the start of referrals to begin much needed treatment.... WITHOUT OPIOIDS!!!! DO NOT GO HERE NOR PROMOTE THE ACCEPTANCE OF THIS KIND OF CARE. IT IS WRONG!!!!

UPDATE: We just received their letter indicating the…read moreoutcome of their 'so-called" investigation regarding my husband's lack of care in their facility. NOTE: I was there at their facility visiting my husband every day, sometimes, twice a day, for a considerable length of time. So, I DID see what was going on. 1. Their claim: "They went in to bathe him four times, but he refused two times." I KNOW this is false because I asked my husband and staff at the time about cleaning him, clean bed linens, and a clean hospital gown. He was bathed only twice in 7 days. (at the time I wrote my review, he had been bathed only once and the sheets had not been changed nor was his hospital gown changed, but because I complained, they finally gave him a sponge bath and changed his gown and the sheets at 6:30 am the next morning). 2. Their claim: "Our investigation revealed that the required therapy minutes by the (missing word?) provided by all disciplines." The following was his schedule: (I have the original schedules of every day except Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday of days where no sessions were given. Nor do I have a Monday schedule, because it was not planned for his day of release) a. Monday & Tuesday: no sessions b. Wednesday: one therapy session c. Thursday: four sessions (right shoulder was dislocated) d. Friday: One OT session and one PT session & social/exercise group e. Saturday & Sunday: No sessions f. Monday: One PT session g. Tuesday: One session before releasing him If the staff believes that the above scheduling is advantageous, perhaps they might consider having outside professionals experienced in physical therapy advise their staff members. Please realize that if the staff is questioned, they are going to be on the defensive and perhaps bend the 'real truth' Although I have a doctorate, two counseling degrees, and a degree in psychology, it doesn't take ANY degree to figure out that defensiveness, being deceptive, and perhaps changing records is only human nature, when their jobs are on the line. I've even suggested that they consider having someone who is not recognized by the staff do an incognito investigation as to what is really going on here.... with no success. In summary, because my husband was not allowed to leave his bed (loud alarm would go off due to his high risk of falling), he was worse when I took him home than he was when he came in. Therefore, it appears to me that Ms. Harding, Director of Quality Management and Ms. Walker, Chief Executive Officer did not take my concerns seriously but only did CYA form of gestures that were required to keep 'their' jobs.

There were so many things about my mother's experience in early January 2026 to complain about…read more First, in my interactions with the social worker, their only concern was her leaving the facility after Medicare quit paying 100% for my mother's stay without any regard whatsoever as to her condition/ability to return home. They did not want to her stay beyond the 10 days that Medicare apparently deemed a reasonable stay upon her being admitted. They refused to keep her longer despite my mother having excellent supplemental insurance and her remaining on fall alert her entire stay. When I contacted their billing office in Plano Texas, they told me that they accepted her supplemental insurance provider and I would have to discuss the issue with the local admission office. Secondly, they told my sister and I that we would have to care for my mother in one of our homes or stay with her when she was discharged. They never once mentioned the possibility of sending her to another rehab facility until after we requested an immediate transfer to another facility. Thirdly, and most egregiously, someone at the PAM facility advised my mother than she could hire an attorney to prevent us from moving her into a long term care facility or nursing home. They told her we couldn't move her into such a facility without her permission. Lastly, apparently someone at PAM greatly assisted or wrote a glowing 5 star review for themselves on Google the day before she was discharged. While they may have provided good care while my mother was in the facility, she was not in any shape to return to her home to resume living alone. PAM Rehab Tulsa has some major communication issues to resolve and I would NOT recommend anyone checking in here unless it was an absolute last resort.

If you follow the rules, you won't have any problems here. This place honestly saved my life. It's hard to be honest and write about this stuff, but it's also critically important. I was on suboxone for months and kept relapsing because it wasn't enough for me. I knew something had to change. I didn't want to keep relapsing. I wanted to get off of heroin, and stay off for good. So I found myself at Mission Treatment Center. I couldn't get in my first day because I needed a letter from my suboxone provider saying I had discontinued suboxone, and that's fair. So I got the letter and returned the following day. Intake process was about two and a half hours. I got to see the clinic director, and my new counselor. I got to choose which group therapy I partake in once a week. Right now group therapy is done over the phone due to covid19, which is kind of awkward, but I understand why they're doing it. Seeing my counselor and having weekly group therapy helps with personal accountability. Going in every day for dosing is a pain, but it also helps with accountability. I look forward to when I've been there long enough that I've proven myself trustworthy to be able to have take home doses. It's a process we all have to go through, and I respect the process. I feel a lot better on the methadone than the suboxone, and I haven't relapsed. I'm so happy about this. I really appreciate Mission Treatment and all they do to keep me and others clean and off of heroin and other opiates. It'll be even better when they get their Medicaid system back up. It's $9/day self pay, but when they start taking Medicaid again, it should only be $10/week! Heck yeah. Facility director is Doris, she's very sweet. My counselor is Alycia, and she's incredibly compassionate and kind. The nurses are all cool. If you're secretly struggling with an opiate addiction, and you're ready to get serious about quitting with methadone maintenance treatment, I strongly recommend you give Mission Treatment a chance. They've changed my life for the better, and helped me get and stay off heroin. YouI have to wear a mask, and only a certain number of people are allowed in the building at a certain time right now, so right when they open or right before they close isn't the ideal time to go unless you want to wait in line, but the lines move fairly quickly.

My councilor is Mrs. Julie & she is beyond a God Send! She's a go to bat for you type of person and sure you have to put in work, go to groups or call in but it's not very much time there asking you to put in! The front desk is friendly, staff on day one will remember your face and name and they don't ever truly act big headed or on a Power Trip. I been having a bad day or two and have gone off on one or so people and by the end I am apologizing because these folks aren't your enemy! They try as much as they legally can to be there for you and make you someone respectable. The program works if you work it honestly and put in a real solid genuine effort! You will 1000% get your money's worth and your life back on track! There is hope! Step up, swing, and give the program a chance and either wean to clean or stay on your safe dose but it is the best alternative to sobriety if you need a real guiding hand to help you get back to normal and back to love, life, liberty, faith, and happiness. I promise you that! May the Lord Christ Jesus leadth my path as I work my way toward a reborn me.
