I booked it with Nicole who had the party date set and ready for us. Then I get a call from the owner Frank who confirms the package, head count, additional orders for the adults. Then I received another call from Nicole asking to confirm the things for the party, when I informed her that I spoke to Frank, she tells me that he never wrote it in the system. As we get there for the day of the party, Frank has music playing with foul language playing in the background. The party starts late and they try and end the party early. The party only runs for an hour and a half. When I was charged for the party Frank charges me more than what was stated in the invoice that he sent me. When I question him about it, he tells me that he will call me back and see what happened. He never returned my call. If you want a nice experience all and all don't book it here, you will be disappointed all around.
