Additionally, proposing over Thanksgiving weekend requires planning far in advance to be sure that all of your options for photographers are not out of town. I, stupidly, did not appreciate that fact until it was two days prior to my proposal and I frenetically decided to change photographers. After numerous strike outs, a deep dive on Yelp brought me to Gianna's page. She, fortunately, was one of the few well-reviewed photographers available for a last minute proposal shoot. Booking with her occurred breezily through email and Venmo, and Gianna remained in constant touch in the days leading up to the proposal. On the day of, Gianna was responsive, punctual, and professional. She kept in touch and remained flexible despite some unforeseen snafus in planning. Even after the big moment, Gianna worked patiently with us. She and her assistant wrangled my rowdy group with ease and spent plenty of time to ensure our special day was captured ideally. We received a sneak peek gallery from the session two days later and the pictures turned out incredible. Even better, her prices were totally reasonable. If we decide to do an engagement shoot or anything else requiring high quality pics, Gianna will be the obvious choice.

Rachel and team did our engagement shoot and day of photos (and video) and I was so thrilled with…read moreeverything we got back. I am very type-a (sorry, Rachel) with how I envisioned both sets of photos coming back and my jaw dropped when we got our finals sets for each back. She picked an engagement spot that was exactly what we wanted (cool architecture but pretty secluded) and her and Riley gave us back really breath taking shots. Rachel and Rayna were both so professional, fun, and overall lifesavers on wedding day. Rachel came out of the shadows to help quick fix anything that came up, she has seen quiteeee a few weddings and was an unexpected helping hand in those chaotic moments. I am still in awe of the photos she took that whole day. Rayna shot the beautiful videography content for our wedding highlight film and I think I've watched the film that Riley sent us back about 100x. I highly encourage everyone to purchase all the unedited photos for whatever you (hopefully!) choose to book Rachel and team for, they are such talents at their crafts that it's impossible to narrow down your favorites for the professional editing since you can't pick them all!

Mr. Charles was professional from the beginning to the end of shoot, and throughout the process of choosing final photos for edit. Though the studio was filled with others awaiting their turn in front of Mr. Charles lens, when working on my personal snapshots, he remained focused and dedicated to my desired results. Up here in the PNW, my husband and I were enchanted by the wonderful pictures she took. We knew she needed to be our photographer when we tied the knot! The entire booking process was very easy, and Diana Bello Studios did a great job immediately responding to answer any questions we had. I really enjoyed the packet she gave us with lots of info on wedding pictures, and that it had tips for how to get the best image. The page that let you check off which pictures you were really hoping to get (cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc) was helpful, and Diana was very open to all the other shots I wanted besides what she was envisioning :) The staff at Diana Bello Studio are all courteous, funny, and very friendly. we were treated with nothing but respect and familiarity the entire time. While I'm sad that there's so much distance now (my husband and I may have to find someone else for Christmas/first anniversary photos), I am excited that she will be sharing her gifts with another part of the world! She is extremely sweet and has been doing makeup for almost 20 years! She is willing to work with you and can travel if you need her to. She is also affordable! I am Asian and Lin has worked with a ton of Asian women (our features are not the easiest to work with)-- she knows how to do more natural makeup, which is the look I want to go with. She works with another woman for events who does hair. They also have a third person who works part-time on their team that assists with hair and makeup as well. I have not met the other ladies on the team, but Lin seemed to really know what she was doing. She is a woman of many talents-- she also makes cakes as a side business. They offer different types of photography packages according to what you may need-- albums, frames, hair+makeup+photo packages, outfits, etc. I am looking forward to working with her on my upcoming wedding. She and her team will be doing hair and makeup for my bridesmaids. I will update my review after services have been rendered with more feedback!
