It ran on batteries, and the seat was up on the rail. I got new batteries, hoping the old lift had life in it. The technician, Tim, arrived early and got straight to work. After an hour, the new batteries were attached, connections were cleaned, the correct switches were engaged, and Tim showed me how to lower the chair on the tracks and what to do if it were to get locked. He cleaned the filthy tracks and wheels until the lift ran smoothly. The stairlift now works like new! Thank you Tim!

For over a week I have made multiple calls trying to arrange for a return. Simple questions such as, "what will the shipping fees be?" are evidently too complex for a response. Everyday I call and get another excuse centered around, "I'll need to speak with a manager". Now going on seven (7) days. When I noted my timeline is greatly compressed due to travel obligations, Spin Life has demonstrated NO sense of urgency. The white glove service I purchased for my elderly mother was an epic fail requiring multiple calls to Spin Life to get corrected. Additional products did not ship with the wheelchair and have not been credited against my bill. The only thing that "spins" is ths continued delays and unfulfilled promises.

Procare Medical/Lancaster's customer support is outstanding…read more My husband is in a wheelchair and his lift (hoyer) malfunctioned. I called several medical supply businesses in the Lancaster area, desperate to lift my husband. Once they found out that I had not bought my Hoyer from them, they would not even try to help me resolve the problem. I called Procare, spoke with their Service Manager, Joel. With empathy and understanding of my situation, he quickly helped me to resolve the problem over the phone. Shortly, thereafter, we needed to purchase a shower/commode chair. There was no question as to what medical supply company we would use to purchase this product. We found that the Procare sales representative, Joe, went the extra mile in helping us to purchase the right chair. We so highly recommend this medical supply company for its service and products.
