This shop is literally as good as it gets. I needed to send my friend balloons for his birthday and Veronique helped me with that. I live in Lebanon and he lives in Paris. All my contact with her was through emails and all went great! She was really helpful, she helped me choose which balloons and card and sent me pictures of everything. Even payment was secure, through the phone. Delivery was on time, not only that, I actually contacted a cake shop to deliver the cake to Veronique then she can take both cake and balloons to my friend, she welcomed the idea and had no problem with it or any extra charges. I contacted Mille Fetes because I needed 20+ cubic meters of helium for a large scale balloon installation. Veronique was incredible, responding quickly to emails and helping me arrange the perfectly punctual weekend delivery and pick up for the cylinders.
