We opted for the veal which cost 9.90€ instead of the beef which cost 10.30€ and I wouldn't have tasted the difference if I hadn't known. Super tasty and came with extra cheddar cheese, bacon, onion rings with tempura, and barbecue sauce. Oh, and also a side of fries. The burger kind of hit every note you want in a good burger... it was juicy, flavorful, and cooked exactly medium like I had ordered. The size wasn't an issue (because sometimes places try to make burgers so big you can't even fit a bite in your mouth). The extra cheddar provided a nice bite that complemented the sweetness of the barbecue sauce. Finally, the fries... if you're craving fries, get them here because they are fried to perfection. They were juuuuust crispy enough and there was a lot. I actually didn't know it came with fries! Great place. The only drawback is that is opens at 9pm, which is absurdly late to be eating dinner.

In the evening, they don't open until 9 PM here. They had a mini hamburgers option on their menu where you could choose 2 different mini burgers with fries for only 7 euro. I ordered La Canyonera and La Chaine. These burgers were delicious! There was a little too much bun for my taste, but the burgers themselves were juicy, tasty, and was exploding with flavor. I would highly recommend either of these burgers in full-sized if you want a really good burger. Service was good. This was a really trendy restaurant, and the decor and ambiance were nice enough to take a date here. They accept credit cards here.

With an open kitchen concept and only seven or so tables, you really feel that you're being cooked authentic, tasty food only for you. My last meal in Valencia was sadly this one. Sadly because I wish I had discovered them earlier so…read moreI could have visited them every other day. The pasta was incredible! It was by far the best pasta I had in Valencia, and also in most other cities I have visited IN THE WORLD. I wish I had been hungrier and could have ordered the tasting menu, which is really worth it considering how many dishes you get to try, but I knew I didn't want to waste precious stomach space on appetizers and just wanted to fill my tummy with pasta. I was torn between the spaghetto chitarra, the taglioni tartufo, and the pappardelle with mushrooms (porcini), but I decided on the spaghetto since the pictures of this pasta was what had drawn me to this restaurant in the first place. This place is also the second place I have ever gone to that offers this type of pasta (it is nothing like your typical spaghetti so flush that from your mind). It really reminds me of a type of Asian egg noodle, especially the texture, and is really delicious and chewy. I'm so sad I am now at the airport about to fly away from this restaurant. Sad times.

My wife is vegetarian and this place was so close to our hotel so we went…read more I am glad we did, but strangely, my wife was a little disappointed. We ordered the jar of sangria for two and it was the perfect amount for us. I really liked the milder fruitier flavor. Other sangrias that I've had generally have too much clove flavor for my taste. I could detect strawberry and pomegranate as among the ingredients. We each ordered a different croquette. My wife had the mushroom one and I had the one with Gorgonzola cheese and fig and nuts. I was expecting a small pressed sandwich like a monsieur croquet. My mistake. A croquette is deep-fried. They were differently shaped, but honestly to me they tasted exactly the same. However, my wife could taste the difference between the two. I wasn't as hungry as my wife because I had already had some tapas just earlier. So she got herself a salad of greens and shaved cheese and tomatoes and avocado in a light vinaigrette. We both liked this. My wife had a udon noodle stew with an egg added. For her somehow it tasted too sweet. I tasted it and it was exactly as salty as I expected it. So we have brought it home and I will have it as a left over tomorrow. I ordered the vegan ceviche. That was a very good dish. When I brought my first bite up to my mouth and under my nose, somehow I smelled seafood like a slight fish smell. Definitely no fish in it. The fake shrimp were attractive, but flavorless on their own. The dish however, had good flavor from the passionfruit juice and some smokiness, perhaps created from cashews. I don't know what they use to simulate the tuna crudo, but it was good also. Once I had finished, I expected them to bring me a small glass to pour the liquid into for my Leche de Tigre, but I had to ask for the glass. On the whole, I think this is a good vegetarian restaurant up there with Teresa Carles in Barcelona.

However by and far the dish that would bring us all back was the Helsinki Burger. The crispy "chkn" was crunchalicious to perfection. We were sharing and cut it into 4 pieces. Three of us ate our pieces and it was a near battle to fight over the last portion! The Lebanese bread quesadilla was okay but the sandwich above more than made up for it!

We walked by Malmö restaurant a new restaurant that we did not tried yet. Having a glance at the menu we saw to our surprise a wide range of deserts. We walked in to ask if it was possible to just order a desert, the place was almost empty and it was no problem at all. We ordered a bottle of wine and about 6 deserts that we were sharing together with 6 friends. All the ice-creams are homemade, and the food that they have on the menu is fresh and ¨healthy¨ . The restaurant has a colorful and modern Scandinavian design. Although for now I can just review their deserts, I will be back to try some vegetarian food.

Another mark in the minus column; while the price tags are quite large, the portion sizes are anything but - the salad and the sides of chicken curry were positively minisucule. Bottom line: If you can ignore the crazy-high prices and small portions, the food here tastes good.
