The owner returned our inquiry call promptly, listened to what we needed, and gave us a quote over the phone. He was able to schedule us for 3 days later. He arrived on time, set up his equipment, and worked through four rooms and 2 staircases, cleaning each room of carpet thoroughly. I had some pet stains on one carpet and he was able to remove the stains. One of the carpets was washed previously by a local place and when I got it back it was discolored a tan color, original color was a light cream color. Doug was able to restore the color to a light cream. I am so pleased with the way they cleaned my carpets. I would highly recommend.
