He also mentioned that the lights might not need full replacement until other faulty parts and wiring were addressed, yet still quoted over $4,500 with heavily marked-up parts. When I asked if he could revise the estimate or let me know what price he could reasonably work with, he told me he'd get back to me shortly. He didn't. The next day, when I followed up, he abruptly ended the conversation and said the business relationship "wouldn't work," despite my being clear that I wasn't trying to lowball him -- I was simply trying to align on pricing before moving forward. It came across as though he was more interested in collecting the assessment fee than actually doing the job. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend his services.
