The Peugeot 3008 was a very comfortable car in like-new condition and we had no issues with it whatsoever. We will rent from them every time we come to England. They are so much better than the large corporate companies.

My intial enquiry was dealt with very efficently, and I arrived early on the day of collection to find that the paperwork was ready, the van was ready and I was on the road within 10 minutes. Their Gatwick premises were immaculate, and the hire fleet were in a similar condition - I did not see a vehicle that was over a year old, or other than pristine. Upon return - which was out of hours - the facilities to leave the van and keys was effortless, and I received an email from them early the next day - Sunday - confirming that they were happy with the condition that the van was returned in. I did not have any preconceived ideas of what to expect when hiring a van, however Mercedes / Audi levels of efficency and customer service, and an immaculate hire fleet was far beyond my expectations - and they were the cheapest too. I can't recommend them highly enough! 11 out of 10 stars.

The first driver was 30 minutes late, no notice from the company. we called them at 7 when it was booked for and they told us he was 10 minutes late, so we waited till 7.15 and called again only to be told he was still running late but was just up the road and he finally arrived at 7.30. Our return was booked for midnight and simply never turned up! I tried calling the company at least 10 times and couldn't get through. We luckily managed to get a lift home with someone from the event. Then at 1:07AM we received a very angry call from someone telling us our taxi is waiting for us! Absolutely fuming with the way we were treated and spoken to, avoid this company at every single cost.Disgusting.

The driver…read morearrived with almost 30 minutes late, we missed the train and the company didn't even offer the ride with discount or refund our lost train tickets because of their fault. We walked to the station, couldn't think after that still give money to them. Avoid them at all costs!
