It's nice of them to claim that they did nothing wrong while trying to make me sound like I am being unreasonable. Out of their own negligence they have caused this situation -- the sheer defensiveness of this response is astounding. To make it clear, there is nothing wrong with paying for damages, in fact that is what I have been trying to do and make easy for them but it is simply fraud and blackmail to do this to your customers. You can't be charging everything else to me so that you can make your car like new and sell it at auction. To be fair to them, they are only writing this to save their image to the public but the following has been communicated in private: "As per our conversation, i already communicated Alternative Claims that it will be a revised estimate. I also spoke with the manager from the body shop and He will be working on it today or early tomorrow. I will let you know once he concludes with the revision. Have a great day!" If you make a mistake, you have to admit it not just in private but to everyone else. Lastly, here is the last message from Diana in private 8 days ago. I only wish that they can continue the process in good faith as I do not find the message that was written here in good faith. "the estimate was revised, corrected, and sent to Alternative Claims to continue with the process. Please contact them directly to get all the information you need for your insurance. If you received an email from them, please use that contact information because it should have the name of the person who is handling this claim. Have a great day!" The claims company have not contacted me regarding any updated list of damages. I am turning over all this to my insurance and let God deal with them. I do not wish to get into a protracted legal dispute and hope the matter will be resolved fairly and with justice. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Please see attached photos for itemized bill. These people are Frauds. They need to go to jail. Tried to bill me $5,293.75 for a small dent on the back of the car. I kid you not. For a small dent around the side of a human palm at the right back bumper of the car. Talked to an auto shop guy and he told me this job would have been $300 at most. I made a dent when I reversed (very slowly I need to add) into a barricade I couldn't see from the side mirror and rear camera at a gas station. The bill includes changing the tire, door repair, and so on, I kid you not. See the pics. Because Hector was so nice when I rented the car and I was in a rush to catch my flight I trusted these guys and didn't take a photo. I even chased after them via multiple emails and calls across the country to try to help them resolve this issue quickly. To my shock, I landed a bill for $5000?! It's a total joke and travesty. All communication is now being made public and submitted to the relevant parties. The manager Diana does not pick up the phone, does not return calls. Luis (not Jose) the other staff member is similarly irresponsible and does not call customers when he promises to. These people do not reply emails, do not read their emails. They want your money, that's it. Hector is nice but when I told him about this, told me "Insurance is paying" FRAUDS! then stopped responding to my messages and said "Diana is the manager". Keeps asking for nice reviews on Yelp.... All the good reviews come from this sleazy asking for reviews without actually being good at what they do. I'm not sure if the following applies to all the rentals or just to their exotic cars. So here's a few steps to get started. 1) Call your insurance company and make sure they will cover the rental car you are looking to rent. (As of the time of my rental, LMP Rentals do not provide rental insurance on thier exotic cars). If they do, let them know that LMP Rentals may be contacting them to confirm your coverage. 2) Call LMP directly and get all the information on what you will need on renting the car. To see if the car is available for your dates, paperwork needed, deposit amount, etc. I would NOT recommend booking via the website in case there is any issues. 3) After the dates and insurance have been confirmed. You can then pay for the rental over the phone. The deposit will be collected at pickup. The pickup location is easy to find and the process when you arrive is easy, typical rental car paperwork. They will then walk you out to your car and do a walk around with you. I recommend being very thorough with the inspection. You wouldn't want to get charged for something that was already there that you missed and or LMP missed from previous renters. Now, the only issue I have with being a first time renter is on returning the rental. It is NOT in the same location as the pickup. It is in a parking garage on Level 6 in a different location. There is no signs indicating you are at the correct dropoff location. The paperwork they give you on returning the rental isn't quite accurate. So I ended up driving around the block quite a few times and just ended up calling them. The overall experience was really good and the car was awesome. I will definitely be renting from them and getting the BMW i8 Roadster again! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 stars is because of the return issue. As this can cause issues for first time renters. It would be great if you could return the car to the same place as the pickup.

They requested our insurance, copy of driver license etc. to confirm the booking. Upon arrival in Florida, it started with the very first car, no available, bait and switch. They said every other car will be delivered as agreed. Then they provide a contract on site, for only 1 car, wrong amount, but say the overall 5 cars will equal the agreed upon amount of $5,100. They charged $2,100 for the first car then never delivered the rest! Jake took over the conversation when I was in Florida, a young inexperienced kid that should be cleaning cars, not talking with customers . Danny never retuned another text message (till today - nothing! - Matt was also no help either. One call, then never responded to another call or text). These guys are scammers. Buyer beware! I quickly secured a Lambo and Ferrari from Leon at Miami Exotic and Gianni at Prestige Luxury Rentals. Cars delivered/picked up as described and agreed. Billing straight. What's expected. Unfortunately, the car that I ultimately desired, the Aventador Roadster, was not available. It turns out this car is very hard to come by as no other companies had it either. So I opted, and wisely so, for the Huracan Spyder so that I could also enjoy a top-down experience. Ernie, who guided me through the verification and booking processes did a fantastic job of being thorough and courteous in ensuring all of the key steps were accomplished. Come Memorial Day Weekend, it turned out something fell through on another renter apparently, which meant I would be receiving the car a day earlier. The driver arrived in the car and right when both myself and my dad (I was visiting my folks) layed eyes on it we were blown away by it's exotic looks. Tyler, who was the driver, did a very nice job explaining all the workings of the car and giving me very good advice on the best modes to drive the car. To keep things short, the experience was amazing. The car drove phenomenally and was extremely precise, not to mention quite zippy in acceleration. I also loved the crackling sound coming from the exhaust when downshifting or letting off the gas just after accelerating in a lower gear. Needless to say, the car got an unbelievable amount of attention, especially given that area tends to have your cliche of corvettes, mustangs/camaros, and of course mercedes and porsches. No Lambos that's for sure. While I did incur overage on miles, due to 3 days of driving instead of 2, it was well worth it given I had a whole day free of rental charge. Return of the car was handled with no issue, and no other extra charges were assessed. As a result, I very much liked my experience with Diamond Exotics and want to thank them and everyone I corresponded with during the process to help make this an awesome memorable experience not only for myself, but also for my parents who now have a special appreciation for exotics.
