The quote was very competitive to what I received from 2 other vendors and wanted to give him the opportunity as he replied first. Tyler came this morning all alone and honestly, I was not sure if he could manage the haul of the big, commercial desk. Not only did he do this courteously, I learned I should not doubt a professional as he was able to move this big and heavy desk alone from the 2nd floor! 2nd time I've used JD's. First time was perfect. This time not so good. I had a 30 cu yd…read moredumpster delivered on Monday. Requested deliver sometime around 8:30 AM. They arrived by 7:30AM. The driver was excellent getting it put where I needed it. I called on Thursday to schedule pickup. I explained that the house had been sold and would be settled on Monday so the dumpster had to be removed first thing Monday morning. Was told no problem - scheduled for first thing. As of 4:30PM the dumpster is still sitting in the new owners driveway. They have contacted my realtor upset that it was still there after I assured them JD's said they would pickup first thing on Monday. I called and left messages, I emailed them - and yet @ 4:30 dumpster still there. Hope the new owner of the house doesn't charge them storage/parking fees for allowing the dumpster to sit. Hope JD's doesnt try to charge me any additional fees for use of the dumpster or anything else. Had the first time I used JD's about 4 yrs ago not gone perfect this review would have been a one star.
