The food here was lovely but I am taking off two stars for service. We had 2 starters, 2 pizzas, and chips. The ambience was nice with soft music. We came on a Wednesday evening and it was pretty busy. Our server, Irina, was not good. She forgot to put in our free garlic bread and when we tried to remind her, she put up a finger and ran away and never returned. We got her attention ultimately and she said she would put it in but then we had to ask if we could use our 30% student discount AND the free garlic bread coupon. She thought about it and then said "no" so we had her cancel the garlic bread. She also took our water away and never brought more or refilled our glasses. When we asked for some cakes for takehome, they took a very long time to arrive. Lastly, every time a staff menber came to our table they rushed away before we finished telling them what we needed. Finally, when we paid at the end, there was no option to tip or not or how much to tip, which we felt was shady because she could have added tip on herself afterwards since she told us they were not offering printed receipts.
