The customer service was very UNHELPFUL. I've never been to a wing snob, and the bombardment of their menu was slightly overwhelming. The staff working were not helpful, rather, they were unwelcoming, and somewhat judgmental as they stared at me making my food decision. The staff need better training on customer satisfaction. Outside of that, I had high hopes for the Mac n cheese considering how much it was advertised. TERRIBLE. Have you ever had frozen pre-packaged Mac n cheese? I'm about 85% sure that was exactly what I was eating. The saving grace was the "awesome sauce" I had on the side. The garlic Parmesan wings were crispy and enjoyable, but lacked flavor. The sweet chili is a copy-cat Asian Zing from Buffalo Wild Wings. Personally, I don't think I'll be coming back to this wing location. I'd much rather go to a local Buffalo Wild Wings. read more
