This organic sourdough bakery located in Gainesville offers light bites, sandwiches, pastries, croissants, coffee and sourdough breads. The local treasure has seating indoors and outdoors. The interior atmosphere is vintage with an inviting eclectic feel. I had the Roasted Beet Sandwich $9.45 It was so unique and delicious. We went back two more times in a week and I had it both times.
