Me and my partner had the misfortune of losing our sweet pet on a road trip. A the time this was the closest location to us, the staff was quick to act and compassionate. However, once we received our sweet fur baby's ashes, we also received a badly broken urn.
Anyone could have checked to make sure that our fur baby was being careful handled, not just shoved around or mishandled to the point that one of the urns broke. They provided a refund but now I have to go through the additional process of finding a new urn and replacing this due to negligence and mishandling, in additional to continuing to grieve the loss of my sweet fur baby.
