Went to a concert here this weekend. This venue is the Performing Arts Center that's part of Tulsa Community College and is it's own building, at least as far as I could tell it wasn't connected to anything else and was stand alone.
Plenty of parking for the building, but also because it's part of a campus (aka: there are other buildings) there's extra parking from those other buildings that could be used too. The entrance/ lobby area is in the smaller side, especially compared to something more professional of course. There's a few box offices where you can buy tickets. I thought it was nice that they had more than one so it doesn't get too congested with people trying to buy tickets all at once right before a show. The auditorium is nice and fairly standard as far as it being a college auditorium. It's not fancy but it's definitely a step up compared to maybe a lot of high school auditoriums, as it should be. There's a pretty good amount of seating, probably the perfect amount for this venue and the amount of people that would be coming to stuff here. There's an orchestra section of seating, a walkway, then another section, and there's a balcony as well. The lower level is wheelchair accessible, where they have a section of a few regular chairs set up so that they can be removed (and replaced with a wheelchair) and the people sitting next to them can have seats too, though again you won't be sitting in the normal seats that way. Speaking of, the normal chairs were your classic red velvet folding down theater seats. I didn't sit in those (because I was in the wheelchair section with someone) but I'm sure they'd be comfortable, which is nice considering a lot of times you'll be sitting in them for one or two hours at a time! read more
