I went and got my hair cut about 3 weeks ago, I have super curly natural hair and the girl that did it dry cut my curls (I should have known right then to say something) It had been over a year since I had had a haircut, I had my one year old with me and he woke up from his nap and so I wasn't even thinking and just wanted to get out of there and didn't even check because I trusted that my hair was done correctly. She washed it AFTER cutting it, and then blow dried it out all crazy looking and left it like that so I would not have even been able to tell if I had checked. When I washed my hair two days later I could tell it was extremely uneven. I went back in (Wednesday) and asked for the owner and was told she wasn't there but the receptionist could help me. They couldn't get me in to fix it right then but scheduled me for Friday morning to fix it with someone different. The girl that originally cut it, the day she cut it had been her last week working there so I went with someone else. Explained to them that she dry cut my curls and that I should have known right then it wouldn't be cut right so partially my fault because if you don't know much about curly hair you should not be dry cutting it. Anyways, fast forward, girl "fixed it" blow dried it and put some product in it to bring my curls back out. It was still super frizzy and hard to tell what it looked like but again, I mistakenly trusted that it was fine. Next day I was getting ready to go out and noticed that the side that had originally been an inch longer than the other side was now an inch shorter than the other side!?! I am extremely disappointed and do not even want to go fix it now because it is already a good 3 inches shorter than what I ever imagined on the shortest part, and I do not want to risk it being cut even shorter. read more
