The lifetime warranty doesn't cover bubbles that are a result from the installation. They said I'd just have to pay to get the tint removed then pay to get it done again. If you want a company that doesn't stand behind their work or value or respect you as a customer this is definitely the place to go. They also hardly answer the phone and offer call backs that you won't get if you have a concern. I got my tint done on April 14, 2022. For a "lifetime warranty" a year seems like a reasonable amount of time. Also I guess bear in mind that it's a problem if someone else drops your vehicle off to be serviced.
