My experience with this company was horrible. They pulled a no call no show the morning we scheduled them to come. We called and they had scheduled other jobs on top of us. We rescheduled a week later and they were several hours late, and again no call or text until they showed up out of nowhere. When they finished they took a check and gave us no advice or other instructions before leaving. Weeks later after watering, watering and watering all we have is a yard full of crab grass and weeds. A family member left a simple review about the bad product we got and the replies from one employee were only vulgar language, horrifying disrespect, and the worst customer treatment imaginable. Another employee was kind enough to reach out to us, apologize, and offered to fix the yard and make things right. We made a plan, scheduled a morning, and all we got was another no call, and no show. We payed for a terrible product and terrible customer service. read more
