What a gem! I just tried The Toast Office for breakfast, and everything was fantastic. I had the Country Benedict with biscuits and sausage gravy, and the gravy was clearly fresh-made and absolutely delicious. I also tried the home fries and French toast, and honestly, everything was scrumptious. The portions are generous, the food is flavorful and clearly made with care, and the service was bright, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. One of the highlights was having the owner/chef come out and chat with me for a few minutes. (She's been in the business for 40+ years!) That personal touch really says a lot about the kind of place they're trying to create. It's always exciting to find a newer local spot that's this good.
