This started out promising... no wait, adequately clean, and they serve drinks.... But about 8 minutes into my pedi the tech was using a very large cuticle peeler and she scraped the skin off of my ankle down to the white part so I started bleeding and couldn't even enjoy the pedicure because it stung the whole time. It took all of me to not stop there and leave. I'm hoping I don't get an infection since I didn't see the tool come out of a sealed sanitary bag or enclave... I would have loved to come here again since I love a block away but I'll have to find another place... It was obviously an accident and she was very apologetic but... still charged me the full price (plus credit card fees). The staff was very friendly but I just can't come back or recommend. read more
