Customer service gets 5 stars! The butchers were highly educated and helpful on choosing the right cuts of meat, burger, sausage and specialty item like summer sausage and jerky based on the hanging weight of the meat.
Packaging gets another 5 stars! I posted some pictures of the meat all packaged up. And let me tell you, I am very impressed.
Taste gets 10 stars! Now it's only been 2 days since I picked up my elk. And thus far we have had the summer sausage and jerky. They are both absolutely delicious. We had a hard time putting the jerky down without eating the whole bag in one sitting. The summer sausage was a party hit, we sliced it up and plated it with some crackers and cheese. Everyone loved it and of course it was the first thing to go.
