I needed a machine to remove a ceramic tile floor. The rented me a floor scraper and sold me a blade late in the afternoon. It was totally wrong tool for the job and I returned it early the next business day morning. They couldn't have rented it to someone else. I didn't get to use it. My project didn't get completed.
