Wish we could rate this place negative 5 stars. It's been a long while since we've ordered sandwiches at subway, and stores like this serve as a reminder why. We placed an order through the app for a Veg footlong with cheese and a HR ham for the "33% more meat", which I suppose actually meant 33% of the normal portion (See Pic attached). When we got there at time it was to be ready, the server/owner was chatting it up with her customer/friend and hadn't even started on our order, stating she was "busy". I stepped out and returned after 2 minutes, when she told me she was out of honey oat bread and used Multigrain instead. I I stated I didn't like Multigrain and asked for her to do it on something else instead (she was halfway done), and she refused, saying it's the same exact bread without the oats. I said I only like it with the oats, and after another minute of her repeating it's the same, hungry me just relented. We get home, and see that the portions for both sandwiches were laughably sparse, and the veggie sandwich had no cheese. "Disappointment", does not begin to describe what we felt. But their response after we contacted them was even worse.
After emailing them regarding this through their website, we received an email thanking us for the feedback without any explanation. Obviously won't be returning to this subway, or any other. Clearly, we're better off permanently sticking with Jersey Mike's and Panera from here on out. read more
