If you've never done alterations, this is the lowdown: you bring your item, use their changing room to put it on, tell her what you'd like done, she puts a few pins in to mark what you want, and off it goes! The turn around time is pretty fast. But when it comes to alterations, don't expect for it to be ready the next day. I also use their dry cleaning services, and that of course is top notch as well.
