Fan blades are lightweight laminated wood painted silver on one side, tan on the other, different from the pictured item, wood is not chrome. Too heavy for a standard ceiling installation. They don't say there are over 100 pieces the customer has to put together. Gives very poor light. Flimsy metal loops do not support the weight of each crystal. They refused to accept the return or provide a return address because they didn't like my picture with my heavy packing materials. Very poor customer service. Note: 10/5/23 the carefully packed boxed chandelier fan is still sitting in my dining room in Virginia. When my bank card company investigated the dispute, Sofary told them that they had the chandelier in their possession and I had not returned it in its original condition. read more
