Ismael did a fantastic job. I bought him 3 Japanese knives, 3 regular knives and a bread knife. He made sure to inspect the knives and even took a picture and send them to me as a record of what he received. I dropped them off to him while I was on my lunch break and they were ready within an hour and a half. He quoted me $51 for everything, he said he would do what he can with the bread knife because he doesn't really do serrated. When I showed up for pickup he tested each knife to cut a piece a paper and all of them were SHARP! I saw the work he did the bread knife and it was GREAT. I insisted I pay for the work he did with the bread knife. My girlfriend loves to bake bread so a good bread knife is a must in our household.
