A FANTASTIC food truck to grab some food after hiking at Arches National Park all morning. I ordered the cuban quesadilla and my friend and I found a nice table in the shade 20 feet away from the truck. The employees were beyond friendly, provided prompt service, and use a microphone speaker to call out names when the order was ready. My cuban quesadilla was mighty tasty and the perfect lunch before continuing onto my next adventure! Lots of love to Moab, Utah! read more
