I have had long nails since I was 16 years old. I get gel on top. I decided to try dip a few weeks ago and they added a bottom "clear layer". The clear layer started to peel with the dip powder so I went in for a fill. The man tried to put super glue on my real nails. When I explained to him that I didn't want super glue, he got upset and passed me to another girl. I sat with cold acetone for almost 20 minutes and the girl went to take the clear coating off and chipped my nails off, dented my nail base and messed up my cuticle. I informed the manager/owner and she laughed in my face and said I didn't have any nails to begin with. Unprofessional; condescending and not good at dip or gel. I had to cut my nails all the way down and will have to cut them down again as the white bruises to my nails grow off. What a mess! read more
