I really wanted to like this place since it's so close to where I live, but it unfortunately left me dissapointed. When we walked in 5-10 mins early for our appt, no one was at the front desk and it was silent. It's decorated beautifully inside, but for sure aimed towards tourists. We were offered champagne, soda or water for the waiting room. We sat in the waiting room for about 10 mins, which was 10 mins after our appointment start. We moved into the room, which was adjoined with the person I was with. I wound have liked if they would have asked us if we were okay with this before hand. Room was decorated very cute & very nashville, but again, more tourist attraction style which is totally fine, just something I noticed. The bed is not heated, but they give you enough blankets (which they don't wash in between clients). I just have to say one thing, the pressure was NOT enough. At one point I wasn't even sure if she was touching my head. I completely agree with the reviewer beige me on all her points. The water kept changing temperatures, the fan of the water was barely used, she used the head of the water more like when you get a shampoo for a haircut more. But I can't get past how much it felt like the girl could not care less about what she was doing. My guest and I both had different girls and we both said the same thing, where was the pressure? She also didn't walk me Through any of the products so it could have been like 5 shampoos in a row for all I know. My scalp pretty much felt the same when I came in. I've been to other head spas before which were so much more in depth and like way less of the price which included a facial massage and a neck massage. For $170 you should be including a blow dry and or neck massage and some pressure to the scalp massage since that's literally what we are there for. I would not go back unless they read their reviews and changed some things up. This was disappointing. FYI: Parking is not validated fyi read more
