Nicely paved, walking area at the beach. Lots of restaurants, tourist type places, ice cream, and people trying to sell you things, including tours and massage. Pedestrian zone, but for a little kiddy train that goes up and down the several mile walkway but moves so slowly that It's not a distraction or problem.
