Updating my review: While the customer service up front was stellar, the service on my car was not good. A month has passed and I heard a flopping sound under my car. It looked like my oil cover was loose. I took my car to another Kwik Kar location and they advised me not to go back to the original place that did my oil change. The oil drain plug was only FINGER TIGHTENED. I've been leaking oil for this long and the oil pan wasn't fastened! Who doesn't properly torque the oil drip plug closed? Kwik Kar on Trinity. read more
