We stopped by koco Java during a food crawl day in Salisbury over the summer and it didn't even feel like we were in Salisbury. The interior was a sleek, bohemian style with lots of space for patrons. They had a huge menu full of items plus seasonal specials prepared hot, iced, or frozen so there's options for every kind of coffee drinker. They also have a gigantic casing full of pastries to go with their coffees. As if that wasn't enough, they have a whole section full of merch ranging from coffee mugs to tumblers with their logo. Next time I'm in the Salisbury area I'm definitely making Koco Java my stop for coffee! read more
