Imagine taking your phone in to replace your battery and the next day after it gets 'fixed' your phone doesn't turn on at all. My phone battery has deteriorated. It could go from 100% battery to 30. I took the phone to get fixed when I arrived, I showed them a picture screenshot of the battery setting showing that I needed a new battery. At first he told me it would only take 30 minutes 45 minutes later it wasn't fixed so I offered to come back later in the evening to pick it up. Upon getting the phone, battery was 100% but by the time I got home, it had gone down to 30% and then I started to see new issues I never saw before. You can see in the screenshot where I messaged the store just 1 hour after getting home. My camera was now not working amongst other things.
I immediately sent the screenshot of the errors to the store. They asked that I come in so the next day I go in and now the phone won't even turn on at all. The store attendant was very rude claiming I picked up the phone from him the night before and then proceeded to expose my phone to water an hour later. Does that make any sense? You see the time stamps just one hour after getting home from their store where I sent them screenshots of the new issues. At this current time of writing this the phone doesn't even turn on at all after I picked up the phone the second time. Obviously the phone was turning on just the night before when I took it to go get fixed and now it still hasn't turned on at all. They claim no responsibility and instead were rude. read more
