When first getting the service the tech showed up 5 hours late, I didn't complain. It took them 3 hours to even put the mount on the wall, still didn't complain. I later had someone else do the other tv for half the cost, and I still didn't complain. When I asked why my wall has a plethora of necessary holes, a terrible patch job and what I have to do to get them to fix it, they decided to charge my card 113 dollars for the repair (no notice of clarification by the way), after I spoke to a rep about it, they told me that the charge didnt exist (you can clearly see that a charge is pending in the last photo). I implore you, go grab a drill, screws and a leveler and do it yourself. At the very least, if you do damage to anything you can blame yourself and not be charged for someone else's terrible service.
Forgot to mention, the techs sat outside my door for about 2 hours. I had to call them and ask them if they would do the service. I suspect the reason why they do this is to void any other jobs and charge the person regardless of service. read more
