Job took 2.5 weeks when it was supposed to take a week. Booked the job over a holiday weekend, with them saying they would work through the weekend and holiday "Labor Day". The did not work that day, didn't even finish demo before starting the job. We had to call them to ask why they weren't working or finished with demo, they said the didn't have all the materials needed to do the job. As backer board would keep them from doing demo. They poured the drainage from their quick set into a low area in my yard which now won't drain rain water from it, as well as 3 other spots in the yard. Not a single wall managed to make it through without scuffs, scrapes, or gouges out of them. Door frames, appliances, all have damage to them. Haven't even said they are done with the job, just quit showing up. Left 3 pallets, and half used bags of product on my porch as well as quick set spilled on the porch. The gouged the base flooring after removing the laminate from the house, my toilet tank top was chipped, my toilet was not reinstalled correctly it wobbles now, missing a nut and washer. For the price they charged I could have hired 2 meth heads to do it faster and a better quality. Thank goodness I had cameras in the house which they spent a whole afternoon starring at.
