I had been to several pupuserias around the area from San Bernardino, Palm Springs, Rialto and were ok. My mom and I were on a quest to find a place where the food tasted homemade and we found it here at El Palmar. You can see the talented cooks make the pupusas from scratch on the comal. We tried a little bit of everything after several trips from the chicken and pork tamales, Salvadorian chicken soup, fried chicken, to all of their pupusas. Their hot cocoa is truly decadent, their aguas frescas are addictive and their atole de elote... so creamy but not too sweet, just perfection! We also tried their pastries and one stood out to us called Quesadilla b/c they explained is made of different cheeses and they offer to warm it up for you and it goes very well with the hot chocolate on a cold winters day! Idk y have enough room here to keep going on how Ana Inc this place is! The quality of the food is off the charts and as well as the customer service! They treat you as if you were family! Highly recommend this place!!! read more
